MANUAL CREDIT CARD PROCESSING VERIFICATION WITH REFUND
At times with different banking flags on transactions or when we manually process a new customers credit card payment for purchased goods or services we perform what is called a Nominal Refund Verification. This is the same check that paypal and many other organisation do when you buy from them. We do this as a simple and effective way to protect you against un-authorised use of your card and protect us against fraudulent transactions. To do this verification we refund a small amount to the credit card used to make the transaction. Customers then check their internet banking or credit card statement and confirm the amount to us. Once verified, we are then able dispatch your good(s) or carry out your service(s).
