A three-meter optical cable with 10 Gigabit speeds for uplink, storage, and local server connections is the NetGear AXC763-10000S. It is fast and has minimal latency. Using the front SFP+ interface panel, the SFP+ connectors on each end allow for simple insertion into (compatible) NETGEAR ProSAFE equipment.
