The BDR-XS07TUHD also features unique PowerRead, Auto Quiet mode and PureRead4+. PowerRead provides smoother movie playback when a disc has fingerprints or minor scratches on the surface. Auto Quiet mode intelligently adjusts drive rotation to reduce noise (useful when playing movies or music), and PureRead automatically adjusts drive parameters to minimize sound interference during music playback. Auto Quiet Mode and PureRead can be configured, enabled and disabled using the Pioneer BDR-XS07TUHD Drive Utility.

Support reading and writing of M-DISC (DVD, BD: SL25GB/DL50GB/TL100GB) developed by Millenniata, Inc.
The XS07 series drive has a USB Type-C port. USB Type-C cable (USB standard A→USB Type-C and USB Type-CUSB Type-C) included.
Smooth surface thanks to high-quality rubber coating. Compact, robust housing with vertical stand.
Thanks to the special disc loading slot, the device is both dustproof and very quiet.
Up to 16x2 write speed on BD-R single-layer discs, 14x speed on BD-R DL discs and 8x speed on BD-R triple-layer discs.
Pioneer drives with Auto Quiet mode monitor their usage and automatically adjust their speed for high-speed data transfer and low-speed music or movie playback.
